Hi, I’m Wanda, a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Consultant with years of experience providing evidence-based support to help optimise your nutritional health and guide you on your journey towards a lasting relationship with food in a holistic way.

I am passionate about demystifying the science of food in relation to health, supporting clients in navigating the complexities of nutrition, and striving to optimise health and enhance quality of life while establishing positive relationships with food. I consider both dietary and lifestyle factors in my approach. As a woman with multinational heritage, a mother, and someone diagnosed with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), who has also experienced the hormonal changes that women typically encounter around the age of 40, I am uniquely suited to help you find solutions for your health and well-being. With a deep understanding of how food affects health and the management of various conditions, my aim is to guide and educate individuals of all ages, helping them make informed choices and enjoy food.
